Conferenze e dibattiti

Convegno internazionale "Private and Public Enforcement of Consumer and Market Law", in occasione dell'appuntamento annuale EuCML - Journal of European Consumer and Market Law 2026. L'iniziativa è organizzata e promossa dall'Università di Ferrara in collaborazione con la European Academy of Sciences and Arts, il  Consumer Empowerment Project (CEP), l'Arbeitskreis Europäische Integration e.V. (AEI), l'EJN – Italian Network 3.0: Strengthening Bridges and Going Beyond (“EJNita 3.0”) e l'European Law Institute (ELI).

Abstract

L’obiettivo della conferenza è riconoscere e promuovere contributi eccellenti e innovativi nel campo del diritto dei consumatori e del mercato. La Conferenza annuale riunisce esperte/i di spicco provenienti dall’Europa e da altri continenti, provenienti dal mondo accademico, dall'avvocatura, dalla magistratura, dalle Autorità di settore, dagli organi legislativi ed esecutivi italiani ed europei, per analizzare e discutere le nuove caratteristiche del diritto dei consumatori e del mercato, con particolare attenzione alla digitalizzazione, alla sostenibilità e all’applicazione privata e pubblica.

 L'evento si concluderà con l'assegnazione dell'EuCML Award for the Best Paper on Consumer and Market Law.
