"Climate Justice - New Challenges for Law and Judges" è il terzo convegno annuale del progetto dello European Law Institute, guidato dal Professor Alberto De Franceschi di Unife insieme al Professor Henrik Andersen della Copenhagen Business School e al Dr. Matthias Keller, Presidente del Tribunale di Aquisgrana.
Al centro del progetto il cambiamento climatico e gli adattamenti necessari a livello giuridico.
Il convegno, che si terrà nell'Aula Magna del Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza dell'Università di Ferrara, è organizzato in cooperazione con la University of California, Los Angeles - Emmet Institute for Climate Change and the Environment, che co-finanzia l'evento.

"Climate Justice - New Challenges for Law and Judges" is the third annual conference of the European Law Institute project, led by Professor Alberto De Franceschi of the University of Ferrara together with Professor Henrik Andersen of the Copenhagen Business School and Dr. Matthias Keller, President of the Court of Aachen.
At the centre of the project is climate change and the necessary legal adaptations.
The conference, to be held in the Aula Magna of the Department of Law of the University of Ferrara, is organised in cooperation with the University of California, Los Angeles - Emmet Institute for Climate Change and the Environment, which is co-financing the event.
