The Programme

The Graduate Talent Grand Prix is a structured, multi-stage selection process aimed at identifying the best STEM graduates in Italy.

Open positions:

• Data Science & Artificial Intelligence
• Data Analytics
• Software Engineering

Selection process includes:

• Online Python coding challenge
• Video interviews (in English)
• Final in-person assessment day

All applicants must

• Have graduated or on track to graduate by September 2026 – ready to start their careers full-time,
• Be fully proficient in English (the firm operates entirely in English),
• Have strong Python skills.

Strong Bachelor’s profiles and all STEM degrees will also be considered. Interest in financial markets is a plus.
