As top employer, Micron is strongly committed to diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI). Part of their effort is dedicated at actively promoting gender equality. With this intent, they developed the Micron Global Women Mentorship Program to offer female students in STEM disciplines all over the world the opportunity to be mentored by Micron global female leaders.

Who can participate?
The program is open to female students who are pursuing or going to pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree in STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) or related field and are graduating in 2025 or later. Because of the global nature of this program, all participants are expected to be able to converse in the English language.

What is Micron Global Women’s Mentorship Program?
The program will run in April-May 2024. Through a series of weekly mentorship sessions, participants in the Program will learn about the professional world, acquire new skills, find their voice, and get help in launching successful careers. 300 female students from different countries will be selected for this unique opportunity.
