Major Lab Equipment: 4 thermal cyclers; 1 Real Time thermal cycler; 4 power supplies; 6 gel casting systems (BioRad); 4 Western Blot systems; 2 Imaging system Gel and Chemi Doc; 3 microfuges; 7 laminar air flow units for bacteria and cell culture; 2 thermostat incubators; 2 ELISA plate readers; 2 refrigerated microfuges; 2 -80°C freezers; 7 -20°C freezers; 1 cold store; 2 autoclaves; 2 spectrophotometers; 4 liquid nitrogen storage units; 1 flow cytometer (Becton Dickinson).
Core Facilities and Services: Equipped with separated labs for bacterial and cell cultures, DNA and RNA extraction and analysis. Animal House facility.
