Unife verso l’HR Excellence in Research Award

The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) is a strategy promoted by the European Commission to support research institutions in adopting human resources management policies aligned with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers e del Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

The process leads to the 'HR Excellence in Research Award', which certifies the institution's commitment to creating transparent, inclusive, and supportive working conditions that foster the growth of researchers.

The University of Ferrara formally launched the accreditation process in October 2024 by signing the Letter of Commitment to join the HRS4R. In this phase, the University is working on its internal analysis and defining its customized strategy, which will be submitted to the European Commission for preliminary evaluation.
