What is a YoungERCard?

YoungERCard is a free card, dedicated to young people between 14 and 29 years of age who are living, studying and working in the Emilia Romagna region.

WHAT IS YoungERcard for?

YoungERcard allows you to obtain a range of concessions on cultural and sporting services (such as theatres, cinemas and gyms) and discounts at numerous shops. The YoungERcard is also an active citizenship card that promotes your participation in volunteer projects organised in co-operation with local authorities, associations and schools.

WHICH SHOPS ARE AFFILIATED?

There have been 1,745 agreements established throughout the Emilia-Romagna region.

HOW TO USE the YoungERcard?

In order to be eligible for the discount you must show your card at the cash desk or ticket office.

Remember to carry your ID with you at all times as the merchant may ask for it as the card is nominal and non-transferable.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY YoungERcard?

After completing the free online registration at the  you will be able to collect your card at all participating points (Municipal Offices, Public Information Offices, Youth Centres, libraries, etc.).

In Ferrara you can pick it up from the Informagiovani office at Piazza del Municipio, 23.
