Training objectives

The need to support people also with activities managed remotely with the support of digital platforms has become current, especially in relation to the Covid Sars2 pandemic which has increased social isolation and made access to facilities such as gyms more difficult. Physical exercise protects against the onset of numerous diseases and is a valid support for the treatment of some full-blown pathologies.
The aim of the course will be to present a new way of managing structured exercise programs through remote connection with examples and above all practical indications on how to generate a video training service.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of information technology and ways of accessing digital platforms. Knowledge of training planning.

Course programme

Taking charge and management of frail elderly subjects and / or with chronic diseases through digital platforms. Remote safety. Development, planning and supervision of programs of Adapted Motor Activity at a distance. Distance communication with frail elderly subjects and / or with chronic diseases. Role of the Exercise Physiologist.

Didactic methods

Lectures recorded with presentations and documentation relating to practical examples and methods and instrumentation in use.

Learning assessment procedures

10 multiple choice quiz (4 answers) + 1 for the
