- FORENSIC MEDICINE
 The main legal forces affecting nursing practice with particular emphasis on the history and development of legal procedure. Acquisition of knowledge applied to decision-making in nursing practice. Basic concepts of professional practice. Legal aspects related to the health profession. Basic concepts of professional accountability.
 The basic principles of the concept of “accountability”.
 APPLIED HYGIENE
 Prepare the student to the concepts of hygiene; examine in depth the aspects of health promotion and of prevention of non- infectious diseases. Supply the basic knowledge in epidemiology, epidemiological studies and risk definition and assessment.
 LABOUR LAW
 Provide basic knowledge of the concepts of sources of law and of the hierarchy of sources of primary health care legislation. Make the students understand the importance of continuing education for health professionals.
 HOSPITAL CARE ORGANIZATION
 The main objectives of the course are to learn about the health authority organization both in hospitals and territorial; identify the role played by the nursing profession.
 The student demonstrates knowledge of organizational models to gain critical skills and analytical tools; It describes the main national and international institutions that define the social and health policies; It identifies the guidelines contained in the documents and instruments applicable to nursing practice that may affect the organization.

 Written exam: 3 open questions that concern all topics covered in the specific module and is not bound by definite space.
 The allotted time is 1 hour. Each question is assigned a value between 0 and 30, as well as for the allocation of praise.
 The teacher assesses the clarity of exposition , the precision, the ability to synthesize and that to relate the topics.
 APPLIED HYGIENE
 Written multiple choice test and/or oral exam. 31multiple choice questions:
 Right answer: 1 point; incorrect answer: - 1 point; no answer: 0 points.
 Duration: 45 minutes. Oral exam in the event of test failure
 LABOUR LAW
 Written exam : 3 open questions that concern all topics covered in the specific module and is not bound by definite space .
 The allotted time is 1 hour . Each question is assigned a value between 0 and 10 , as well as for the allocation of praise.
 The teacher assesses the clarity of exposition , the precision, the ability to synthesize and that to relate the topics.
 HOSPITAL CARE ORGANIZATION
 Written exam, with open-ended questions that is to verify the level of achievement of the previously mentioned educational goals, To pass the test you must acquire a score of 18/30.
 Test duration 1 hour.
 THE FINAL GRADE IS A WEIGHTED AVERAGE OF THE MARKS OBTAINED IN EACH TESTS.
