Training objectives

SOCIOLOGY OF COMMUNITY NETWORKS AND ORGANIZATION OF PRIMARY CARE
The course aims to analyse:
- aspects of healthcare institutions and possible future scenarios
- the concept of complexity and its application in the organization, formation and healthcare settings
-community service networks
-professional models for networking.
COMMUNITYNURSING AND THERAPEUTIC EDUCATION
On completion of the course the student is expected to have acquired skills in :
-The educative role of the nurse
-planning an education programme
- communication in the management of education processes
PSYCHIATRY
The course provides the student with a knowledge of the most important psychiatric diseases and skills in communication aimed at a good relation with the patient, and the importance of patient compliance
PSYCHIATRIC NURSING
On completion of the course the student is expected to have acquired a knowledge of:
-healthcare laws in psychatric setting
-organisation of the Deprtment fo Mental Health and Addictions
-problem solving in psychatric nursing
-nursing care of the psychiatric patient’s family
ORGANISATION OF COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
-understand regional health organization,
- describe the organizational models of community welfare,
-cooperate with the components of the multi-professional teams

Prerequisites

Nursing sciences, humanities and psycho-pedagogical sciences, medical and surgical sciences, interdisciplinary and clinics sciences. Health Management.
ORGANISATION OF SOCIAL COMMUNITY
Profiles, roles and responsibilities of health professionals and support staff. Notions of health care organization, elements of public law and labour law.

SOCIOLOGY OF NETWORK OF COMMUNITY AND ORGANIZATION OF PRIMARY CARE

-development of community health and social services
-networking; professional integration/ professional interaction/ inter-professionalism /trans professionalism
-models of networking: connections
-Societal/health network systems.
COMMUNITY NURSING AND THERAPEUTIC EDUCATION
-therapeutic education and the role of the professional nurse
-phases of an education plan
-main D.I in accordance with the Carpenito Healthcare model
PSYCHIATRY
Anxiety disorders, anxiety neurosis, phobic neurosis, conversion hysteric and conversion type of hysterical neurosis, anankastia and obsessional and compulsion neurosis.
Mood disorders, depressive illness, bipolar disorders, manic-depressive illness.
Psychotic disorders, schizophrenia. Toxicomania Introduction to systemic optics in psychiatric studies.
PSYCHIATRIC NURSING
Law N. 180- the Basaglia Reform
-Health ascertainment and T.S.O.
Organisation of the D.S.M. from hospital stay to sheltered discharge
-networks in psychiatric services.
-Psychic disorders ,O.C.D, depression, maniacal excitement , hallucinations and delirium, personality disorders, eating disorders, double diagnosis, violent behaviour, suicidal behaviour, drinking habits and excess.

Learning assessment procedures

SOCIOLOGY OF NETWORK OF COMMUNITY AND ORGANIZATION OF PRIMARY CARE: oral exam. The test is to verify the level of achievement of educational objectives by assessing the knowledge and the student's ability to learn about the methods that characterize the networking and multi professional integration
NURSING OF COMMUNITIES AND THERAPEUTIC EDUCATION: exposure of the educational project
PSYCHIATRY: written exam
PSYCHIATRIC NURSING: oral exam, the test is to verify the level of achievement of educational objectives by assessing the knowledge and the student's ability to learn about the methods that characterize the relationship with the psychiatric user, family and the supporting services .
ORGANISATION OF SOCIAL COMMUNITY: written exam. The test is to verify the level of achievement of educational objectives by assessing the knowledge and the student's ability to learn to orient themselves within assistance under social health at the district level , what services to support patient and family
THE FINAL GRADE IS A WEIGHTED AVERAGE OF THE MARKS OBTAINED IN EACH TESTS.
