Since the examination is rather close and you have a lot of literature to study, I have decided to cut back some literature.
Hence, You DO NOT HAVE TO STUDY for Lecture 13, the article of Conconi, The EU Common Commercial Policy and global/regional Trade Regulation, 2006. Uploaded on course website (material), par. 1, 2, 3 (only 3 and 3.1), 4 and 5.
Furthermore, you DO NOT HAVE TO STUDY the prescribed literature for seminar 6 (G. Moens and J. Trone, Commercial Law of the European Union. Springer 2010; Chapter 5, Commercial Law and Policy, p. 156- 181 (anti-dumping/subsidies).
