Ph.D. diplomas up to cycle 33 available
Ph.D. original diplomas are available for Ph.D. graduates up to the 33rd cycle.
- COLLECT IN PERSON
You can come at IUSS Office – Corso Porta Mare 2 – 44121 Ferrara in the following days and hours:
Monday – Wednesday and Friday – from 08:00 to 14:00
Tuesday and Thursday – from 08:00 to 17:30
Please send us an email (dottorato@unife.it) for telling us when you will come, so that we can prepare the Diploma and you can be sure to find the Office open.
We remind you that when you come we will ask you to show a valid ID.
- DELEGATION FOR COLLECTION
If you cannot collect the Diploma personally, you can delegate someone you trust, by sending to dottorato@unife.it an email with the delegation form, together with the scan of your valid ID.
Also in this case you have to fix a date for the collection.
The delegated person persona must show us a valid ID.
- SHIPPING
In order to have the Diploma shipped via courier you have to fill-in this form, together with the scan of a valid ID.
Shipping expenses are € 15,00 (within Italy) or € 30,00 (everywhere else).
We will charge the amount in your reserved student page (studiare.unife.it) like any tax you previousely paid.
To access you use the name.family name username, the same you have in your student email account - edu.unife.it (or student.unife.it).
You access with your SPID.
Foreign Doctors who do not have SPID can use the password of their student email account.
COLLECTING DIPLOMAS - YEARS 1987-1998
You can collect the diplomas achieved up to 1998 at Ministero dell'Università e della Ricerca, either personally or by proxy
