Training objectives

The aim of the course is to present the study of the development, practice and effectiveness of physical activity in different periods of human life. The importance that physical activity plays with respect to the growth, maturity and aging of the human. In addition, teaching theory and teaching. Course programme

THEORETICAL PART
Physical activity as a means of promoting health in all ages. Analysis of conceptual differences in planning physical activity in developmental age or in adult and old age. Auxology: the growing body. The child's growth and motor activity. Physiological changes in energy metabolism during life. The modifications, in relation to the practice of physical activity, of the bone, muscle-tendon, cardiovascular apparatus, respiratory system and CNS and SNP at different ages. The main functional modifications in different ages.
Motor activity planning at different ages. How to preserve and develop physical efficiency in physiological aging.
PRACTICAL PART
It is divided into two teaching units: one for developmental age and the other for adult and old age. Lessons are planned in the gym where the student, after a listening phase, becomes an experimenter. Each lesson includes a part dedicated to the technique of physical activity and a part for teaching them. Students are divided into groups so as to optimize the teacher-student relationship.
