SOCIOLOGY OF CULTURAL AND COMMUNICATIVE PROCESSES
Understanding the processes that lead to the construction of mental representations. Know the basics of interpersonal communication. Understand that learning is a communicative process
SPORTS LAW
Every student will have to know the Italian sporting legislation in a concise way, at the end of the course. The aim is to give knowledge of sporting structure in its several forms and members. The student have to be able to understand the provisions about sporting no-profit and about sporting professional societies.

SOCIOLOGY OF CULTURAL AND COMMUNICATIVE PROCESSES
The construction of knowledge processes: the habits of thought based on the objectivist belief in comparison with the knowledge daily, made up of mental representations (contributions of Carl Rogers and Sergio Manghi)
The communication describes or creates reality? (contributions by Paul Watzlawick)
How to learn about global era: the theory of Gregory Bateson and subsequent reworkings of Edgar Morin and Zygmunt Bauman (contributions by Marco Ingrosso)
The autobiographical approach in response to the possible disintegration of the ego leading to '"three learning" (learning to unlearning) Bateson: the self as a creation narrative (contributions of Jerome Bruner)
The autobiography as a self-training (contributions by Duccio Demetrio)
SPORTS LAW
Sport and physical activity in the Italian and European legislation.
The Italian sports system and sports order headed by the CONI. Professionalism and amateurism.
The sporting justice and relations with state justice.
Employment relations in sport: aspects statutory, tax and social security.
Tax breaks for amateur sport.
Sponsorship, advertising, image rights and brand protection.
Health protection in sport activities and profiles of civil and criminal liability of the technical manager and the executive.
The processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in sports activities.
National and regional legislation on the custody and management of sports facilities in public ownership.

SOCIOLOGY OF CULTURAL AND COMMUNICATIVE PROCESSES
The aim of the exam is to verify at which level the learning objectives previously described have been acquired. The aim of this examination is to evaluate how the student are able to understand the basic topics analyzed. The exam is based on 15 multiple choice questions with four answers each; the question is worth two points if correct, wrong answer or no answer 0 points. To pass this test it is required to get at least 18 points. The time allowed for this test is 1 hour.
SPORTS LAW
The aim of the exam is to verify at which level the learning objectives previously described have been acquired. The aim of this examination is to evaluate how the student are able to understand the basic topics analyzed.
First call: five multiple choice questions with four answers each. The open answers is worth from zero to four points, the closed answers is worth two points if correct. Wrong answer or no answer 0 points. To pass this test it is required to get at least 18 points. The time allowed for this test is 1 hour.
Next calls: About 20 minutes of oral examination typically based on three questions. The score will be determined by the general knowledge of the subject for the 80% and by the appropriate use of language for the 20%.
THE FINAL GRADE IS A WEIGHTED AVERAGE OF THE MARKS OBTAINED IN EACH TESTS.
