Begin the path to acquire the skills and competences necessary to achieve professional autonomy
Learn the operational characteristics of the health services / facilities of the Integrated Care Department for Pathological Addictions
Learn the rules of conduct to be respected in the various internship services
Know the learning objectives foreseen for the first year of the course and the relative level of action and autonomy as a trainee (e.g. observational level for the first internship)
Experimenting in a simulated situation the different ways of relating with the various professional figures of the team (from the Internship Guide, to the other team operators, describing the relative differences based on the professional profile and the role covered within the office.
Experimenting in a simulated situation with simple methods of approaching psychiatric users (e.g. in the reception phase, collection of needs, communication of information to operators)

To attend an internship site with tutorship for technical and practical activities
To attend an Inpatient Psyhciatric Unit (SPDC in Ferrara)
To know the different types of admission (voluntary-involuntary)
To participate to the technical and organzaitional planning meetings
To participate to the clinical case discussion
To know the differnt types of psychiatric disorders among the patients in charge and the organziation of the different kind of health-care assistance and rehabilitation in the internship sites.

1st year laboratory activities conducted by the Didactic Director with the collaboration of an internship guide expert in theoretical-practical activities and debriefing
Definition of mission, of taking charge, of diagnostic evaluation, of clinical history, of recovery;
Description of the different types of internship services of the DAI SM DP of Ferrara (mission, activities, services, users, specific teams for each context of care)
Description of the different types of users in charge of the various internship services
Demonstration, through simulation, of examples of application of rules of behavior useful for maintaining a deotologically correct relationship with operators, users and caragivers.
Demonstration, through simulated, of simple methods of approach in the phases of reception, collection of needs, communication of information to operators
Demonstration, through simulation, of the different and possible ways of communicating with operators based on the different roles and functions within the team.
