------------------------------------------------------------
This Course follows a training program that has a general aim of promoting knowledge to the student of the health programming and some of the most important processes of the planning and organizational integration.
HEALTH PROGRAMMING
The course aims to describe and illustrate the methods and tools for planning the development of local health through the analysis of the health context and not only Italian, also showing regional and international comparisons, spending ample space to the role of institutional actors in the various programming levels and to organizational models of healthcare.
ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOMES IN HEALTHCARE
Develop the capacity for analysis of organizational outcomes. In particular by developing the ability to knowledge and understanding through the design of clinical care pathways, process management, analysis of organizational outcomes, planning and management of staff.
ORGANIZATIONAL MODELS IN TELEMEDICINE
The course aims to provide a general framework on technologies, organizational and “processing” processes connected to Telemedicine applications. As for knowledge, at the end of the course you will be able to recognize the technologies used in telemedicine and the processes and organizational models related to them. As for the know-how, at the end of the course, the student will be able to critically evaluate the application of these organizational models and the most suitable technologies in telemedicine.
DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC ROUTES: CARDIO-VASCULAR DISEASES and RESPIRATORY DISEASES
After completing the course the student will have implemented his/her knowledge of the
characteristics of the diagnostic, therapeutic and care pathways for the management of
health problems related to cardio-vascular diseases and related to respiratory diseases, will have acquired knowledge on different models for taking charge of the person and his family both in hospital and community, will have focused on the integration of different professionalisms, in order to ensure continuous and appropriate care.
DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC ROUTES: THE COLO-RECTAL CANCER and THE BREAST CANCER
The aim of the course is the knowledge of the problems of diagnostic and therapeutic colo-rectal cancer, reported particularly patients including in screening.
Knowledge of multidisciplinary problems related to patients with colo-rectal cancer, and the implication of all professional roles, is preliminary to the planning and management of appropriate organizational pathways.
Moreover, knowledge of the problems of diagnostic and therapeutic breast cancer, reported particularly women in low, medium and high risk of disease as a function of genetic, hormonal and environmental. Knowledge of the basic problems is preliminary to the planning and management of appropriate organizational pathways and clinical diagnostics, to be applied to a wide spectrum of the population.
ELEMENTS OF COMPUTER SCIENCE FOR HEALTHCARE
Basic Knowledge of data security and how not to lose information.
Know how to use on-line tools to work on shared documents and to implement on-line questionnaires.
