Training objectives
- Introductory descriptive and inferential statistics for health and social science. A software package for statistical analysis (is intensively used. Knowledge and understanding of the integrated learning techniques are adopted to teach how to organize, implement and analyze observational studies describing phenomena of interest for social and health scientists.
Prerequisites
- Basic knowledge of statistical tools adopted to collect, organize, describe and analyze data sets.
Course programme
- Description and analysis of data derived from case studies in clinical research . The process of analysis and generalization of the results is completely carried out using software for statistical data analysis.
