Training objectives
- The student will learn principal topics on multidisciplinary rehabilitative interventions after cardiac surgery and for treatment of heart failure
Prerequisites
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, cardiovascular diseases
Course programme
- Seminars on ischemic heart disease and coronary revascularization; pathophysiology of heart failure. Details on multidisciplinary rehabilitative interventions in both clinical settings with particular attention to physical exercise.
