Aims to provide the student with the basic concepts relating to the rules governing the employment relationship, the sources of law and contractual provisions governing the health sector

Aims to investigate the role of the nurse within the organization, the organizational models of nursing care hospital, with particular attention to the pattern of the complexity of care, and continuity of care.

LABOUR LAW
The employment (employed , self- atypical in the project).
Labor law: sources and their hierarchy; grading of staff in the NHS, disciplinary code; contractual rights (permissions, holidays, overtime , hours of work ); rights of the employee (strike, minimum quotas . Powers of the employer; pay: characteristics, structure, elements , termination of the employment relationship.

APPLIED HYGIENE
The models of health care and health policy in the world. Art. 32 of the Italian Constitution , the birth of the NHS , the corporatization ; NSP and RDP, LEA , the Regional Law 29/2004 , the Governance of the Health Care; departments , hospital organizational models ( Hub and Spoke , intensity of care, .. ) ; organizational principles and tools of corporate governance: strategic planning, programming, control , budgeting. Clinical audit , clinical risk management , quality systems and accreditation.

ORGANIZATION OF HOSPITAL ASSISTANCE
Organization of Health Services: Management for Health Professions and Nursing Service, Technical and Rehabilitation; organizational models of nursing care and inpatient continuity of care, support personnel.
The management by objectives and processes of care in a hospital environment , integration tools , work tools : health records , procedures, guidelines , protocols, operating instructions. Compiling, maintaining and archiving of clinical documentation / care. Continuing Education : CME system right / duty of professional care.

FORENSIC MEDICINE
oral exam on course program and even on actually case
APPLIED HYGIENE and ORGANIZATION OF HOSPITAL ASSISTANCE
Oral examination is integrated on the main issues that emerged during both modules (organization of health services, risk management, quality and accreditation, and organizational models welfare). Are evaluated the accuracy of the content, the ability to integrate the two disciplines, the properties of language and clarity. The time is about 20 minutes per student, the evaluation is expressed out of thirty.
LABOUR LAW
Written exam: a questionnaire with 30 closed answers on the main content covered in the course (The employment relationship; the employment law: sources and their hierarchy; recruitment and grading of staff in the NHS; disciplinary code, the main contractual alternates; rights and duties of the employee; the powers of the employer; remuneration: characteristics, structure elements; the termination of the employment relationship). The valuation is thirty, for each correct answer 1 point, the time available is 40 minutes.
THE FINAL GRADE IS A WEIGHTED AVERAGE OF THE MARKS OBTAINED IN EACH TESTS.
