CLINICAL PATHOLOGY
Learning the basic steps in the development of the immune response, humoral and cell-mediated immunity. Allergic reactions, signs about autoimmunity and autoimmune diseases.
Provide basic information on the significance of laboratory tests for diagnostic and therapeutic classification of the most common pathological contexts.
GENERAL PHARMACOLOGY
To know the principles of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics which characterize the pharmacological profile of drugs necessary for understanding the rationale behind the therapy, to ensure accurate information and a professional dispensing of medicines.
CLINICAL NURSING METHODOLOGY The module aims to acquire theoretical and practical notions with respect to basic nursing such as mobility, vital parameters, life activities, skin integrity, incontinence and elimination, prevention and the treatment of pressure sores. The course will include the identification of the related Nursing Diagnoses according to the NANDA classification. In addition, the course will cover the safety of handling loads

Modulo: 011498 - FARMACOLOGIA GENERALE
------------------------------------------------------------
The fundamental principles of pharmacokinetics will be analyzed through the study of absorption and routes of administration, distribution, metabolism and elimination of drugs. Furthermore, the pharmacodynamics will be investigated with particular attention to the safety and toxicity of drugs, to the mechanisms of action and to the interaction with receptors. Finally, the main gender differences in pharmacology will be presented both in the context of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
