Training objectives
- provide students with the fundamental knowledge of both the urban architecture and the architectural organism
Prerequisites
- to have attended and succesfully fullfilled the examination of DRAWING
Course programme
- Form's parameters. Urban architecture. Rural-Urban Transect. The characteristics of the architectural organism. Public architectural types, private architectural types.
Didactic methods
- lectures on urban architecture and the architectural organism together with studio analysis of an architectural organism
Learning assessment procedures
- the exam consists in a studio analysis of an architectural organism and a written text,
as an alternative yo the written text, students can choose an oral examination Reference texts
