La prima lezione si svolgerà venerdì 29 marzo. Le lezioni si svolgeranno dal 1 al 15 aprile il lunedì, mercoledì e venerdì dalle ore 13 alle ore 16 e dal 20 al 24 maggio ogni giorno dalle 13.00 alle 16.00.
Attendance in class: students are strongly encouraged to attend all seminars.
Course Exam: There are 2 options:
- Oral Exam: to be scheduled May 23rd or 24th. This will consist of a 30 minute interview during which the instructor will pose a number of questions based upon the course content, namely the discussion in class and the readings available on the web.
- Written essay: At class 8 (April 15) the instructor will provide students with a list of 3 questions and they will be required to write an essay addressing one of these questions. The paper should be submitted to the instructor electronically no later than June 1st, and the maximum word limit is 3,000. The paper should conform to scholarly standards, and any legal citation format (eg US 'Blue book'; Oscola or other) is acceptable.
