Training objectives
- The course analyses the most modern systems for programming, controlling and evaluating public administrations, with emphasis on multidimensional systems of public value measurement.
At the end of the course, students will be able to understand and use planning and control tools to create and communicate public performances. Prerequisites
- The course requires a basic knowledge related to public administration accounting and public management.
Course programme
- 1) The new institutional architecture and the new PA governance model (3 hours)
2) The planning, management, control and evaluation model of PA (3 hours)
3) The PERFORMANCE PLANNING (18 hours)
4) PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT and ACCOUNTING (6 hours)
5) The PERFORMANCE CONTROL (15 hours)
6) The PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (7 hours)
7) The PERFORMANCE COMUNICATION (5 hours) Didactic methods
- Lectures; case studies; seminars; exercises through the use of professional software.
Learning assessment procedures
- Oral examination.
