Training objectives
- Training on safety in the workplace is a discipline required by law for the protection of students who have in their training workshop activities or stages.
The main objective of the course is to provide students with the essential information regarding safety in the workplace, both generally and in relation to specific risks, before tackling practical workshop activities.
The student acquires knowledge:
- main regulations regarding safety in the workplace
- roles and responsibilities of those involved in security
- risk factors and the compilation of the DVR
- provision of safety and DPI
- Health surveillance
- Emergency management
- The VDT risk
- Work equipment
- Waste management
- First aid
ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
The student will be able to participate in educational laboratory activities and stages implementing major behavior required by safety regulations and good practices in use.
It will be able to be put in correct behavior in case it has to face emergency situations, with particular reference to the first aid. Prerequisites
- Basic civics knowledge
Course programme
- FIRST STEP (4 hours e-learning) the student will address the issues of general education on safety in the workplace, as well as provided by law.
In particular it will know in detail the concepts of risk, harm, prevention and its behavior to adopt in order to protect their safety and health and that of their colleagues.
SECOND STEP (4 hours e-learning) the student will address the special risks in workplaces Didactic methods
- The course consists of 8 hours of e-learning.
The learning platform Unifesicura delivers the content as indicated in the State-Regions Agreement of 2011 and 2016 Learning assessment procedures
- Online test (not in classroom) with multiple choice questions.
Student will receives immediate communication of the outcome and must download by him/her self the two certificates available: "Formazione generale lavoratori" and "Formazione specifica rischio basso".
If the exam has been passed, the result will be automatically registred on monthly base. Reference texts
