Secondly, the course aims to provide a critical awareness of the competitive limitations that the protection of industrial and intellectual property necessarily brings.
Prerequisites
- General knowledge of the sources of the law and their practical applicability in specific cases.
Course programme
- The course will be divided into lectures on the basic principles of industrial and intellectual property rights, i.e. copyright, trademarks, patents (including plant varieties) and design.
Didactic methods
- Lecturers of the present course believe that the best method of learning is to solve practical problems by applying the general principles studied. The teaching method therefore necessarily involves the study and hypothetical application of practical cases directly by students.
Learning assessment procedures
- Final oral exam on the program with possible bonus on the final result given by carrying out in class a presentation that includes the topics covered in class.
