Training objectives
- STo acquire abilities and skills of professional autonomy in order to work in a Community Psychiatric Service (CPS) or a day care center or a community service.
To know the organizational and management aspects of a CPS
To identify the needs of a single person in a context at high assistance complexity
To recognize the main assistance priorities and to use the patient's network resources in a proper way
To acquire and use the principles of Case Management
To know the basic roots of an integrated treatment program Prerequisites

Course programme
- To attend a Community Psychiatric Service with tutorship for tecnical-practical activities
To participate to planning meetings
To participate to clincal case discussiopn in team
To participate to Case Management meetings
To analyze and define clinical psychiatric histories
To participate to clinics and home-care intervention projects for patients forllowed by the CPS
To work out a document at the end of the internship relative to a clinical case followed according to the Case Management program Didactic methods

Learning assessment procedures
- The exam consists of a written test which includes the development of a report on a clinical case or rehabilitation activities of group type experienced during the internship and an oral test aimed at verifying the learning objectives set for internship by completing an evaluation form of the training from the tutor.
The final evaluation takes account of the Seminary evaluation obtained in the training activities planned for the first half and of the Internship of the first half Reference texts
