Services

According to the Statutes on Library Activities and Services, set out in compliance with the principles listed in Ferrara Library Node Services Charter, the Libraries offer the following services:

. Reference assistance

. Books reading and borrowing

.  Print journals reading

. Interlibrary loan and Document delivery

. Interlibro (interlibrary loan and document delivery of items located in the Province of Ferrara libraries)

. University Wi-Fi connection

. E-resources access

. Photocopying facilities

For specific services we suggest you check the webpages of each library.

Any infringement of the Statutes can be reported to the Library Head.

Users can also fill in the specific Form to make complaints or express opinions and suggestions in order to improve library services. Users are asked to hand in the completed Form to library staff or email it. The Library Head  will contact the user within 30 days after receiving the complaint.
