Positive actions are measures aiming at the removal of obstacles that in deed prevent the realisation of actual equality amongst persons.

All public offices are  called upon to arrange for a three year positive action plan,  aiming at ensuring the removal of obstacles that, in substance, prevent the full realisation of equal job opportunities and equal opportunities within  the workplace between men and women (Article 48 legislative decree 198/2006).

UNIFE has already implemented all the measures provided for under the 2011-2013 Positive Action Plan and is successfully fulfilling the provisions under the New PAP (Positive Action Plan) for the years 2014-2016.
