Tax code and houserent

The University of Ferrara in cooperation with Comune di Ferrara and Agenzia delle Entrate Emilia Romagna provides a tax code for international students and professors applying for it.

Whoever needs an Italian tax code may show up at the "sportello registrazione affitti" in Via Cairoli, 32 - 44121 Ferrara. The operator will be available every Friday from 9.30 to 11.30 from January 27th, 2017 to March 10th, 2017.

Buddy programme

Through this programme Italian and international students may get in contact, building a network aimed to improving language skills and social activities. Italian and incoming students must send the application form to the International Mobility Office.

Health and Insurance

Any student coming from a EU country and having the European health card is entitled to the basic public health assistance within the public health structures. In case students need consultancy, medicines or other devices for any health problems, they may refer to one of the City Pharmacies.

There is also a private service providing trasnportation from Bologna airport to Ferrara and back, for more info consult BUS&FLY

"Tandem Learning" aims to creating contacts between international students and Italian students in order to set up a mutually profitable collaboration in the field of linguistic and cultural exchange. By filling the form, Ferrara Linguistic Centre (CLA) will draft a list of participants and, according to the preferences expressed, will match foreign applicants and Italian students.
