- Incoming Erasmus students

- Before you arrive:
Unife's Incoming office will receive the main information about selected candidates coming from partner Institutions.
Before the arrival in Ferrara, students should have a Learning Agreement duly signed by their Home Institution Coordinator. In order to have it signed by the Coordinator of the University of Ferrara, it will be necessary to get in direct contact with the Departmental Coordinator for Mobility (Professor Marco Di Tommaso, @:erasmus.economia@unife.it) during business hours.
The deadline for sending the Learning Agreement is:
- (I semester and whole academic year students) July 15th;
- (II semester students) December 1st
After the deadline there will be no guarantee that the chosen courses will still be available.
- After you arrive:
Students are recommended to join the Orientation Week and proceed with enrollment procedures at the Student's registrar's office.
Moreover, students are asked to get in contact with the DEM's Incoming Erasmus tutor in order to have their Learning Agreement checked and to be provided with information concerning lectures, timetable, subjects, professors, etc.

- Antes de llegar:
La Oficina de Movilidad y Relaciones Internacionales de UniFe recibe toda la información relativa a los candidatos seleccionados procedentes de la Universidad partner.
Antes de llegar a Ferrara, los estudiantes necesitan redactar su Learning Agreement, luego firmado por el Coordinador Erasmus de su Universidad. Para obtener la firma del Coordinador del Departamento de Economía y Gestión de UniFe (Profesor Marco di Tommaso) los estudiantes tienen que contactar con él escribiendo a la dirección de correo electrónico: erasmus.economia@unife.it.
La fecha límite para entregar el Learning Agreement es:
- primer período y entera anualidad: 15 de julio;
- segundo período: 1 de diciembre.
Después de estas fechas, no se puede garantizar la disponibilidad de las asignaturas elegidas.
- Nada más llegar:
Se recomienda que todos los estudiantes participen en la Orientation Week y soliciten la matrícula en la Secretaría administrativa.
Además, los estudiantes tienen que relacionarse con el Tutor Erasmus del Departamento para que controle el Learning Agreement y para obtner información relativa a las clases, los profesores, los horarios, el sitio web, etc.
