The research activity of the ET Research Group is mainly focused in the area of RF/microwave monolithic and hybrid integrated circuits, with particular emphasis on CAD, Electron Device nonlinear modeling and characterisation. Power electronic applications, instrumentation and measurements are also topics of interest.
In 2004 the academic spin-off MEC srl was founded. |
