  • Consultation service and loan of the principal publications of the European Union, as well as monographs and Community-related periodicals by other publishers
  • Consultation service, free or guided, of online or CD-ROM Community data banks
  • Reference service and targeted document search, including long-distance
  • Inter-library loan service and document delivery
  • Service for the free supply of publications and materials produced by the EU (maps, brochures, posters, DVDs, CD-ROMs, etc.) for users and for schools of every level

 

LIBRARY OPENING HOURS

  • From Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 13:30

 

If users need to RETURN a book in the afternoon, they can do so at the Law Library. To make a LOAN in the afternoon, users can reserve a book in the morning (by phoning or sending an email to the EDC) and collect it from the Law Library in the afternoon. To use this loans service, users must NOTIFY the EDC Library that they intend to collect the book from the Law Library. Without notification, this service will be unavailable.

 

WHO CAN USE THE LIBRARY'S SERVICES?

  • Although primarily for use by the university, the EDC is open to everyone
