Contact the teachers to have the links and codes of the online lessons
Our Department of Architecture, organizes its activities according to the protocols and directions of the University.
Our University guarantees online teaching for the academic year 2021/22, also expecting moments in presence where possible.
Indications on teaching methods of each lesson the incoming student have to:
- check often the notices on the timetables of the courses you have chosen which will be published online on the respective study course web sites:

- to communicate to the teachers of the lessons that you have chosen your e-mail and the information you want to follow their lessons, so the teachers can inform you about the specifics of their lessons (for example notices on lessons and changes, teaching materials, educational outputs, groups, date of lessons face to face, links and codes for online lessons .....), without this the professors do not know that you will be in their class group and you will be excluded from communications.

1. GETUPDATE APP
- Download or update the GETUPDATE APP from your App Store
- Create your profile, or choose the teachings you intend to follow
- Book for individual lessons
- Keep the QR code that GETUPDATE will have generated for you following your booking: it will be visible in the app and you will have to show it if requested by Unife staff
- Declare your presence in the classroom (we ask you to always declare your actual presence in the classroom)

- Enter the "Book your seat" section
- Create your profile, or choose the teachings you intend to follow
- Book for individual lessons
- Keep the QR code that will be generated and sent to you by email, which - if requested by Unife staff - you will have to show
- Declare your presence in the classroom (we ask you to always declare your actual presence in the classroom): when you are actually in the classroom, at the beginning of the lesson, connect to your reservations in the Student Agenda.
If you have booked and will actually be present in the classroom, preferably at the beginning of the lesson (so you don't forget), remember to enter your reservations for that day and declare your presence (click the symbol at the top right, triangle with a dot exclamation in the center). If you do not declare actual attendance at the lesson, the App will block subsequent seat reservations (which will be granted again - in the case of vacant seats - only when you have regularized the declaration of attendance for the lesson actually attended).
If you have booked and will NOT be present in the classroom, remember to enter your reservations for that day and declare your absence. If you do not declare your absence for the lesson you had booked but did not attend, the App will block subsequent seat reservations (which will be granted again - in the case of vacant seats - only when you have regularized the declaration of absence for the booked lesson. ).
Alternatively, if at the latest the day before a booked lesson you know that you cannot be present, it is advisable to cancel the reservation (operation possible up to the previous day): in this way the place left free by you will be available again for other student.

You must contact the Incoming students Office for all administrative, procedural and orientation matters:
- for any enquiry connect to the SOS platform (http://SOS.unife.it ) and fill in the form.
- Incoming student Office ( http://www.unife.it/it/internazionale/venire) for the University services. The tutoring service is at the Incoming students Office.
- Our courses in English are (2021-22):
Master's degree Architecture
- Urban planning B - 7 cfu (Module of Progettazione Urbanistica B) –(Architecture – 2nd semester).
- Techniques of Urban and Territorial analysis B- 2 cfu (Modulo di Tecniche di analisi Urbane e Territoriali B).
These courses are modules of the course Laboratorio di urbanistica (Urban design Laboratory B) -
- English - 6 cfu (Architecture- 1st semester)
- Architectural design laboratory IV A (2020) ( Module di Composizione architettonica (7 cfu) Module of Architettura del paesaggio (2 cfu)- Architecture 2nd semester) -
Master's of science Innovation Design
- 2nd years courses of the Master degree Innovation design
The other lessons are in Italian
- For Architecture: the courses of Statics, Mechanics of solids and structures, and Design of Structures require basic knowledge of the topics. Courses can only be chosen if exams with similar contents have already been attended in your Home University;
As attendance is mandatory, you must select classes that do not overlap. Please check the timetable carefully.

To view the English version of the programs, select the name of the course in Italian and then select the word "English course description" in the box that appears.
- After the arrival
Please you attend to the welcome and information meeting organized by them.
After your arrival, and after being at the Incomimg students Office with all your documents, you are asked to send all the documents, which require Mobility Coordinator Signature:
- For Architecture: The Learning Agreement must be approved and signed by the Coordinator of mobility (erasmus.archi@unife.it)
- For Design (degree): The Learning Agreement must be approved and signed by the Coordinator Prof. Davide Turrini (davide.turrini@unife.it);
- For LM Innovation Design (Science Master's degree). The Learning Agreement must be approved and signed by the Coordinator Prof. Giuseppe Mincolelli
Students can send their Learning Agreement (in pdf or word file) using their e-mail.
Please before the start of the lessons, give your e-mails to the teachers of the lessons that you have chosen, so they can send you notices (beginning of lesson, groups, lessons changes). Otherwise they do not know that you will attend their course.
- Attending courses at Architecture department
It is important that you attend the lessons/lectures/seminars of the courses you have chosen. It is also important that you introduce yourself to the professor in the classroom as soon as possible, specifying that you are an Erasmus/Atlante student.
Students who attend the Studios are divided into groups: please attend the lecture since the beginning of the course in order to be included in the Studio.
- During the mobility
When you are sure about the courses you have chosen (the courses listed on the Learning Agreement and approved by both universities will be reported on a special study plan), send the Study Plan at SOS.
If during your stay you decide to add or delete some courses, you will have to fill in the change to your study plan and send with SOS.
If you do not submit your Study Plan, you will not be able to sign up for the exams, and the University cannot issue the Transcript of records at the end of your Erasmus period.
When you write your emails please use your Unife contact using mydesk.
- Changes in Learning Agreement
If you need to make some changes in selected courses, please contact first your Home Coordinator in order to sign the modified L.A. Later on, Department Coordinator (prof. Elena Dorato for Architecture, Prof. Davide Turrini for Desing Prof. Giuseppe Mincolelli for LM Innovation Design), will sign it.
The changes in Learning Agreement must be included and signed as soon as possible. Do not wait until the end of the period to sing the documents.
At the end of the mobility: at least 2-3 weeks before your departure, please ask for the Transcript of records to Ufficio Carriera Schitec and your Certificate of Participation to the Incoming students Office http://www.unife.it/it/contatti
